Pro Patch will adapt your logo design to any of our products for FREE. Please submit your logo in either hard copy form or electronically to Art

New Designs
If you have a new or unique idea for a logo, please let us know, and our art department will design a new logo for you at a minimal charge. Please contact Art 

Delivery Time
We strive to have the shortest delivery time possible. All products that are custom printed have a 3-4 week delivery. Rush orders are subject to a surcharge. Remember, this begins after final art approval.

Minimums
Please adhere to our minimums for quickest service. If you have any questions regarding minimum quantities for custom printing, please contact Customer Service

Shipping in US
We ship most orders by UPS ground service. If you need a faster delivery, we can also ship by second day or next delivery at an additional charge.

Shipping International
Please contact our office for a freight quote.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. C.O.D. or credit card for all first time orders. Terms are available with credit approval.

Backorders
Pro Patch generally ships orders complete. If we are out of stock of an item, we will backorder it, and ship when it arrives. All backorders are cancelled after 90 days.
